Since 2011, more than 500 volunteers from over 15 countries have joined us in supporting the children and families of Aldea Chivarabal. Surrounded by forested canyons and distant volcanoes, Ütz B’ey Guatemala offers an inspiring space to give back, grow closer with your team, and experience Guatemala's vibrant culture.

What Makes Our Trips Unique?

We never replace local jobs with volunteers. Instead, you'll enrich our existing programs by supporting local staff, whether you're working with kids, organizing events, tending our garden, or practicing English conversation. Every role builds real relationships and lasting impact.
